Equine/Herd Health Check-ups/Vaccinations

Horses need annual exams and vaccinations as well to keep them healthy and prevent diseases that are debilitating, deadly and reportable. Through these exams we can provide Coggins testing, deworming, dental check-up and dental floating if needed to keep their mouths and gut happy.

Coggins Testing
Equine core vaccines , can include rabies
Tetanus vaccine/toxoid or anti-toxin if wounded or potential exposure.
Deworming options
Dental floating if needed with mild sedation if required
Age estimation/sound exam
Pregnancy checks

Cattle/other food animals require many services performed to them to maintain a healthy herd and prevent spreadable diseases. Call for appointments to bring in the cattle for your herd work. Sometimes it is hard to bring a large herd to the clinic, so we are continuing to offer farm calls and herd work at the local farms. Dr. Marcia Labor is still providing these services to HCAC’s large animal clients on an appointment basis.
